I highly recommend calling before you come in to check availability & book an appointment!

*Must be 18+ with valid government issued ID prior to every procedure.
(Drivers License, Learners Permit, State ID, Passport, Military ID)

**For minors aged 16-17, you must come with your parent,

your birth certificate, & a photo ID for each of you.

If minors do not have a license, permit, or passport, we will

accept a school ID or yearbook as acceptable forms of identification.

If a minor is under Legal Guardianship, we require the court documentation & photo identification for each to prove legal guardianship.

Unfortunately, due to the rules & regulations, the town of Hanover is unable to pierce anyone under the age of 16.
